Is a western union money transfer considered quasi-cash?

I want to pay my mortgage using western union. If I do so, I can build up points towards a final goal (through my credit card). However, quasi-cash is excluded and does not result in points. Is this payment through western union considered quasi-cash?|||yes!!!
