Used the WAP service Monilink to get a bank balance enquiry (various banks) on my phone, should have been charged 20p but when checking my phone balance, I found that I had been charged 拢1.50 , not for the WAP service but for the message that arrives a few minutes later saying thank you for using Monilink.
Rang their customer services who are looking into it.
I am with T-Mobile payg Samsung D600.

i haven't had the problem but watchdog always quickly and effieciently hunt down companies like that and make sure it never happens again|||No i dont but for this u can with u r customer care|||Most mobile company's sting you this way they are just after your money and they allways seem to get it report them to watchdog and they will look in to it for you free....
