How long does paypal take to transfer a refund to a debit card?

i recently got a refund from tiger direct through paypal, the email i got says that the fund was complete in transferring to my well fargo debit card but when i try to buy something it says i don't have enough money.|||I'm not sure about the debit card, but i do have a paypal acct and it takes about 3-4 days to transfer money from paypal to a bank account.
