JOB DESCRIPTION


Handling of customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution.


Offering alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's business.


Handling business transactions in connection with activation of new customer accounts on a computer terminal.


Communicating with customers using web-based tools and demonstrates the associated proficiency in typing and grammar.


GENERAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE NORMALLY REQUIRED:


Answers customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, equipment, claims, and reports problem areas.


May be required to work in one or multiple queues/skill sets over various customer contact channels.


Open private bank accounts to receive funds from our clients:


This is a core function. Certain clients may request you provide accounts to receive payments. You will be required to setup a private bank account in what so ever bank the client requires to receive these types of payments.


Disbursement of funds to our suppliers.
