Can i set up a PayPal account with a debit card?

I am getting a debit card pretty soon, and i want to be able to have a PayPal account for when i buy stuff online. Can i set up an account, and use it with my debit card? I read some questions like this already, and they say yes. But how do i do it?|||If you are 18 or older and this is a REAL debit card connected to a bank account you can.
