Can I use a re loadable prepaid Visa debit card with Pay Pal?

I don' have a real credit or debit card. I was wondering if a re loadable prepaid Visa debit card would work on Pay Pal?|||Absolutely. As long as the prepaid card has a VISA logo it can be used as a traditional credit card when linking it to PayPal. Just select the credit card option and enter the card information as you normally would with a credit card. The only difference between a prepaid VISA card and a VISA credit card is that the prepaid card only allows you to spend what has already been loaded on the card while credit cards let you buy on credit.
