I have a visa debit card and its connected to the account but it still says my balance is zero. help?|||Even though your visa debit card is connected to your paypal account it will NOT reflect the balance that is in your bank account. You will have to do a transfer from your bank account to your paypal account.
Think of paypal as another bank.
