Balance enquiry?

had a new mobile virgin my501 bought me awhile ago with credit on but can't find how to check your balance.|||I have a virgin mobile pay as you go phone all i do is dial 789 press send and your balance is spoken to you ,hope this helps.|||dial 611|||hey not sure where you're from, but im in the UK and used to have a virgin phone. all i had to do is dial 789.
