I have kept 4 lakh rupees in my wife's name as fixed deposit in a bank in order to SAVE TAX. Those fixed deposits on maturity will amount to 4,25,000. Few months ago she quarelled with me over petty issues and went to her maternal home and has not come back till date. All ways to bring her back have failed. I had gone to her maternal home to bring her back, but she and my in laws misbehaved with me and said that she would never come back. I came back and have been staying alone. She has also said that she wants a divorce and is not signing the fixed deposit receipts. Without her signature I cannot get the money. This money belongs to me and me only. I have the passbooks of my account as well as her account where it is clearly shown that the money had been transferred from my account to her account by cheques. At the time of opening of her account she was a housewife and had no income. My question is:
In case we break up, who will get that money?|||Take all the money and hide it at home so they can't take it! Bury it where they can't find it! Get it all out of the bank!
