Did you and your husband get a divorce?
You should change either your passport or what name your property is under according to what your name is right now , I think that is the simplest solution that avoids trouble .If you are legally ROSALINA DEGAMA ASIS change the name on your property (regardless of whether your husband is gone or not) change what the name says on your property, it shouldn't be hard. If you are legally ROSALINA CORAL DEGAMA change your passport and pray it comes back done soon .
Hope you get it figured outt .
