I got a prepaid debit card from AT&T through a rebate program. Can I withdrawal from an ATM with this card?

I have never used a prepaid debit card. I would rather just withdrawal the money and put in my bank account. Since it was a reward benefit, it may be similar to a Gift Card which are not usually redemable for cash. The stipulation should be printed on the card or were sent to you with the card.
